Returns

UK - All items can be returned and refunded as long as they reach our return address (given below) within 14 days of the customer receiving the item. 

InternationalAll items can be returned and refunded as long as they reach our return address (given below) within 28 days of the customer receiving the item. 

Items returned outside the stated return period will not be eligible for a refund. In this case, we will return the item to the sender who will be responsible for the cost of the return postage.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item purchased from us, send us an email at hello@rhubarbstore.com with a link to the item that you would like to exchange for. Upon returning the item, please include the packaging slip and write on there "FOR EXCHANGE".

To exchange your item(s), you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning your item. If exchanged items are returned the total shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Delivery fees are not eligible for refunds and only the cost of the items returned will be included. 

All returned items must be unused and in the same condition as they were when received. Any items returned will be assessed to ensure they are in a suitable condition. Where this is not the case, items will be returned to the sender who will be responsible for the cost of the return postage.

All of our vintage items are sent with swing tags, if removed then the item will not be eligible for a refund.

Rhubarb Store is not responsible for any items lost when being returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ensure that the return postage covers the value of the item(s).

 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 - 5 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@rhubarbstore.com.
